Work Placing
Seeing as i have a spick of spare time here on my work placement I thought I’d chuck in a quick blog…
Today has been the best day so far here at the helpdesk, I’ve had things to do, I had to go through about 4 and a half pages of users and see if they had emails activated or something, this took me just over 2 hours, when ward came back and found out that I was already done he was really impressed, that made me fairly happy, so that’s what my morning consisted of…
After I had a lunch break with Josh I got shown how to reset passwords and add printing credits, Tracy was trying to find something for me to do, I also fixed up all the speed dial thingys on the phone… Other than that I’ve been taking phone calls and running small erins here and there…
Well I have just over 2 hours to go…

Hey great to hear yur learning and having fun. I am teaching Tracey on thursday nights she is lovely. Are you interested in taking up a carreer in IT.

Yes Tracey is really nice, I am quite interested in taking a career up that path but I’m not too sure yet what part of the IT area I want to get into… I don’t mind help desk work…
It’s a massive area and lots of opportunities in it so I’d love to…
